Eyad Salloum is Syrian by birth and American by choice. He was born in Damascus. He had the blessing to live in Syria, Kuwait and the United States of America. Immigrated to the United States in 1981, just after graduating from high school in Damascus, Syria.
Eyad attended Georgia State University to obtain a Bachelors of Science degree in Hotel Management. After managing Hilton and Doubletree hotels in several cities, he moved to Dallas, Texas, in 1992 as a Technology Project manager with American Airlines.
With a passion for real estate investment, Eyad started learning about real estate and how to build wealth in real estate. In 2002, while with American Airlines, Eyad decided to get his real estate license to focus on real estate. Early 2003, he left American Airlines to practice real estate.
He built his real estate career by working at three real estate firms before he opened Weichert franchise in 2014.
Eyad is married to Denise for 23 years. He has two daughters, Dalia who is 22 years old and senior at UNT majoring in Biology, and Mia, who is 17 years old and senior in high school. She wants to major in Biology and further her education and career in forensic science.
